Marc’s career started at Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands, followed by senior positions at MAM (Austria) and Mayborn (UK; Tommee Tippee/Sangenic) as International Sales & Marketing Director.

In 2007, Marc founded Hardenberg&Co, together with his wife Julie, which they build into one of the leading distributors of baby products in the UK/Ireland.

H&Co represented Angelcare, Sassy Baby, Evenflo, Pabobo, Ameda, Duux, Apramo and Simple Wishes.

The company was acquired in 2016 by Angelcare.

At Angelcare, Marc was Managing Director of Angelcare Monitors Inc, responsible for all International distributors, the North American market and the product development for the baby monitors/bath categories.

Marc has more than 25 years' experience in the baby and toy products industry.

Julie has over 25 years experience in UK & International Sales & Marketing in various FMCG industries.

She has successfully managed many consumer and baby brands and harnessed strong brand development initiatives with major UK retailers, independents and wholesalers, across the breath of grocery, personal care, healthcare, baby and toy categories.

In 2007, she established Hardenberg&Co, together with my husband Marc, which they built into one of the largest, independent distributors of baby products in the UK, representing brands like Angelcare, Ameda, Medela, Duux, Sassy Toys, Apramo and Simple Wishes.

Following this success, H&Co was acquired by Angelcare Inc (Canada) in 2016.

Her passion is building brands in a competitive market, by using a wealth of knowledge, vision and entrepreneurialism. Finding brands who share the same DNA allows a collaborative approach to ensure measured success to elevate brands to their deserving level.
